As we close the second quarter of 2025, The Geftas Institute on Prosperity Physics continues to accelerate toward its vision of systematically actualizing human potential at scale. Building on our transformative first quarter, Q2 has been marked by strategic partnerships, groundbreaking initiatives, and expanding our global reach.

Research Institute Developments

We've formalized several key partnerships, most notably with Fulbright Canada to support research across our six core faculties. This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our mission to democratize prosperity intelligence through rigorous academic inquiry.

A cornerstone of our Fulbright partnership is the launch of graduate scholarships for students devoted to prosperity studies within our institute's research framework. In May, we proudly announced the first five of those through The Maria Birks Fulbright Scholarships in Education.

These awards honor Maria Birks (1949-2023), a remarkable philanthropist and community volunteer whose life exemplified giving and impact. Maria dedicated her life to education and community service, serving on numerous boards including Concordia University's Board of Governors. Her legacy of transformation continues through these scholarships, which will support 5 graduate students conducting prosperity research in education.

We've also initiated work on the first two schools launched by the Institute. The School of Human-Centered and Decentralized Media aims to study and facilitate media ecosystems free from social and consumption engineering imperatives, while supporting the creation of media and TruthTech ventures. Additionally, The School of Indigenous Resonance and Prosperity seeks to research and engage with the profound wisdom embedded in indigenous codifications of human experience worldwide, exploring how these insights can serve as socio-economic drivers of prosperity. Work has also begun on our School of Economics, which will further expand our academic offerings.

Community Capacity Building

Our community initiatives have taken tangible form through two ambitious projects. Simple Principles, our regenerative farming and rural economic revitalization initiative, is now active on 70,000 square meters of farmland acquired by the Institute in the heart of Portugal. This project embodies our commitment to prosperity through sustainable practices, community empowerment, and human capital driven economics.

Prosperity Ventures Portfolio

Our venture portfolio has expanded to 11 early-stage companies spanning diverse sectors. These range from a neurotech venture leveraging neuroscience and gamification protocols to create games delivering mindfulness outcomes, to a fintech venture automating financial and strategic modeling for emerging and mission-driven founders. Each venture embodies our commitment to prosperity through innovation and human-centric value creation.

Strategic Leadership

We're delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Carlos Antonio González-Carrasco as Director of the Institute's Steering Committee. In this role, Prof. González-Carrasco will ensure that all expressions of our growing ecosystem perfectly align with our human potential-centric action model. Looking Ahead

We've also initiated work on the first Geftas Magazine, slated for release in Q2 2026, which will serve as a platform for sharing thought-provoking insights and to feature prosperity work and workers around the world.

As we enter Q3, we're excited about the momentum building across all our initiatives. We remain committed to collaboration with like-minded organizations, researchers, and communities who share our vision of actualizing human potential through prosperity intelligence.
